Nete Maultsby of Nete’s Uptown Hair Design is an outstanding Master Cosmetologist with 30 years of professional experience.  Her first specialty is “healthy hair”. Licensed in the state of Georgia and then Florida she has gained numerous certifications to design and implement a look that is customized for you.  
She is a perfectionist who does not stop with adequate, but rather makes it her goal to ensure you are thrilled with your look.  Whether you desire your hair down, or an up-do, looking elegant, couture, or simply chic, Nete is your go to stylist. In addition to styling, she is proficient in traditional and airbrush makeup, lash extensions natural hair care, blowouts, commercial integrating, and silk presses. 
Nete has worked with major companies including Bronner Bros Nu Expression Line, and JAO featuring Barry Fletcher Products as a platform artist, and an artist assistant with Clairol. She has transformed countless brides and bridesmaids. Serving her community and surrounding counties with consistency and commitment has earned her a large following, which includes teenagers, young adults, mature adults and seniors. Nete also shares her expertise by providing private and group consultations and training.
As a salon owner Nete is very intentional in presenting a relaxing spa-like atmosphere where clients can experience every detail of the service. As an operator she enjoys the opportunity to apply her experience, education, and love of this profession to give each individual an enjoyable and satisfying salon experience ultimately building relationships.
